ARP Head washer kit, used to help prevent damage to the top of head where the head bolts or stud washer meet the head, sometimes the bolt will tear into the aluminum. You will need to drill and counter sink the head bolt bosses for these washers to sit just inside the bolt boss, then when tightening the head studs or bolts the head washer will clamp down onto these washers- preventing galling or damage to the head and help retain the clamping force.

ARP recommends blue threadlock 242 on threads, moly lube ( both not included) under head of bolt and 95 ft lbs torque. be sure there is adequate chamfer around bolt holes on flywheel to clear the radius under head of the bolt.
